Roadway, Curb, and Right-of-Way Repair & Reconstruction Services 26-13-PW Any bids received by the Town after the above date and time shall remain unopened. BACKGROUND 1.1. The Town of Fort Myers Beach seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide on-call roadway, curb, sidewalk, drainage, and right-of-way repair, reconstruction, and improvement services. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed. Not all tasks will be assigned for all work orders. The Town anticipates the award of one (1) contract as a result of this Invitation to Bid. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed to the Contractor. 1.3. All work under this ITB shall be performed in accordance with applicable FDOT Standard Specifications (latest edition), MUTCD, ADA/PROWAG, and where federal funds are used, with 2 CFR 200.317–326 as updated and where applicable. No professional engineering services, as defined under Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act), are included in this solicitation.
