Bldg.,1800 S.5th Ave., Lebanon, to hear a petition for variance from Karen & Timothy Long, 734 S.4th Ave., Lebanon, Pa 17042, GPIN#30:2343868-366452. The .18 acre property is located in the R-1 Low Density District and is improved with a single-family dwelling and a shed. Petitioners request a variance to construct a 22’ X 20’ X 13’ detached garage and propose to have a 3’ setback in lieu of the required 10’ setback to the side property line.
