LEGAL NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that the Riegelsville Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting for the purpose of conducting a hearing on April 9, 2026, at 7:00 at Riegelsville Borough Hall located at 615 Easton Rd. Riegelsville, PA 18077. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Palisades Regional Fire Rescue for the property located at 333 Delaware Road, Riegelsville, PA 18077, otherwise identified as Bucks County TMP No. 38-006-001, and is currently zoned at R-1. The Applicant seeks a special exception to allow a G-1 Manufacturing Use in the R1 Zoning District, a variance to allow a third principal use of the subject property, to wit a D3 Office, F2 Emergency Services use, and a G-1 Manufacturing Use, and to modify the conditions of the property’s previous Zoning Hearing Board decision regarding the length of the work day. Copies of the application are available for public inspection at Riegelsville Borough Hall at the address listed above and at the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours.
