NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 / 2027 BUDGET; AND NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ MEETING FOR THE PORTOFINO SPRINGS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Portofino Springs Community Development District (“District”) will hold a public hearing on April 17, 2026, at 10:45 am at the offices of Barraco and Associates, Inc, 2271 McGregor Blvd., Suite 100, Fort Myers, FL 33901, for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the proposed budget (“Proposed Budget”) for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027 (“Fiscal Year 2026 / 2027”). A special Board meeting of the District will also be held at that time, during which the Board may consider and discuss the meeting minutes from the meeting of February 13, 2026, resolutions adopting the budget and levying non-ad valorem assessments, staff reports, the monthly financial reports and any other business that may properly come before it. A copy of the agenda and Proposed Budget may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise FL 33351 (“District Manager’s Office”), during normal business hours, or by visiting the District’s website at : http://www.portofinospringscdd.com The public hearing and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with Florida law. The public hearing and meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
