TOWN OF SOMERSET
Notice is hereby given that the Somerset Planning Board will hold the following Public Meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, starting at 6:00 P.M. in the Hearing Room at the Somerset Town Office Building, 140 Wood Street, Somerset, MA to consider a Re-Zoning Petition submitted by JLK Realty & Development, LLC. The petition requests that the following properties: 266 Slade’s Ferry Boulevard, Assessors Map B4-229 & a vacant parcel of land along Brayton Ave. identified as Assessors Map B4-100, be rezoned from the “Slade’s Ferry Crossing Overlay District” and “Limited Business District” / “Business District” to all “Business District”, as defined in the Somerset Zoning By-Law.

Petitioners or their representatives must appear at the Hearing to present their case.
