TOWN OF WEBSTER - Notice of Sale of Surplus Property M.G.L. c. 30B, §15   The Town of Webster is offering for sale, by sealed bid, three (3) surplus Lochinvar commercial boilers: one (1) 1,500,000 BTU boiler (2020) and two (2) 850,000 BTU boilers (2024). Items are sold as is, where is. Inspection is available by appointment during the week of April 6, 2026. Sealed bids must be received no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Webster Public Schools, 77 Poland Street, Webster, MA 01570. The successful bidder must remove the equipment during the week of April 27, 2026. This requirement is mandatory and non negotiable.
