NOTICE OF DEMOLITION
Chad Holaday, Building Inspection Administrator for the City of Rockford has determined that the following buildings are VACANT AND OPEN AND ARE IMMEDIATE AND CONTINUING HAZARDS TO THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY:

Property Standards Department has inspected the buildings at the above-referenced addresses, and pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-31-1(e), found them to be open and vacant and immediate and continuing hazards to the community.
Be advised that the City of Rockford will demolish, repair or enclose the buildings or remove any garbage, debris or other hazardous, noxious or unhealthy substances or materials if the owners or lien holders fail to do so within 30 days of the date of this notice. A lien will be filed against the properties to recover any costs the City of Rockford incurs to complete said action.
You may contest this action by filing your objection in an appropriate form with the circuit court.
