ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to proceed with a Petition for Adoption of a minor child filed by Petitioners, Angela Barber-Lee and Shayne Lee, and to provide notice to the Respondent, Keith Banks, whose consent is not required by law but who is entitled to notice of these proceedings. It appearing to the Court from the Motion and Affidavit filed herein that the Respondent, Keith Banks, cannot be found after the exercise of due diligence and that service of process cannot be accomplished except by publication, it is hereby: ORDERED that the Respondent, Keith Banks, shall appear on or before May 6, 2026, which date is no fewer than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order, and protect his interests in this suit. It is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Augusta County, Virginia, pursuant to § 8.01-316 and § 8.01-317 of the Code of Virginia.
