ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Allen Parish School Board will receive sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026 for food, bi-weekly supplies, equipment, smallwares, milk products and juice, and bread for the Allen Parish Cafeterias for the 2026-2027 School Year. There will be no pre-bid meeting.
All bids are to be clearly marked. sealed and addressed (if mailed to the school board office) to: Allen Parish School Board, School Food Service, 1111 West 7th Ave., P.O. Drawer C, Oberlin, LA 70655, OR submitted online on the Bid Express website at https://www.bidexpress.com/vendor resources.
A list of items and specifications are on file in the School Board Office and may be obtained upon request. Deadline for submission of questions is April 29, 2026 and responses will be sent by May 1, 2026.
The Allen Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities.
