PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed Bids for Camp Beauregard Forest Products Sale 0526, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, Louisiana will be received until 10:00 a.m. CT on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Environmental Building, 9 Engineering Training Lane, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA. All properly submitted bids will be opened and the bid amounts publicly announced. Bidders and/or their representatives are encouraged to attend the Bid Opening. The sale consists of Pine and Hardwood Forest Products located on Three (3) compartments belonging to the Louisiana Military Department which are described as follows: Description of Sale: The forest products in Item #1, Compartment #4A/4B (Clear-cut) stands on 77 acres, more or less and Item #2, Compartment #20/21 (Clear-cut 55 acres and Thinning 490 acres) stands on 545 acres, more or less. Items #1 and #2 are located in Rapides and Grant Parishes. All bids shall be accompanied by bid deposit/advance payment of $26,000.00 for Item #1 and $34,000.00 for Item #2. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Invitation to Bid Packet for this project.
