ORDINANCE #01-2026 Town of Oshkosh Winnebago County, Wisconsin ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TITLE 16, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 8. On March 23, 2026 at a regular Town Board Meeting of the Town of Oshkosh board amended Title 16, Chapter 1, Section 8- entitled "Maps". Section 1: Title 16 Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 1 Introduction, Section 16-1-8 entitled "Maps" is hereby amended with deleted language stricken and new language underlined to provide as follows: 16-1-8 MAPS. Where any map is referred to in this ordinance and said map is a digital compilation within the Winnebago County Geographic Information System (WINGS), said digital map said map shall be the Town zoning map on file at the office of the Town Clerk and shall be the regulatory map for purposes of enforcement of this ordinance.
