NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Members of CUNA Mutual Holding Company, an Iowa mutual insurance holding company, will be held virtually via online webcast on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time and at any adjournment or postponement thereof ("Meeting") for the purpose of electing four members of the Board of Directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the Meeting. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on March 31, 2026, as the record date for the determination of those members entitled to vote at the Meeting.
