The Housing Authority and Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City of Atlantic City ("Housing Authority") is seeking proposals from licensed and qualified security guard companies to provide on-site/travelling security services for the following sites all in the city of Atlantic City, New Jersey listed below in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). Sealed RFP shall be received by the Eunice Ledwold ,Senior Manager, Contracts and Procurement, 227 N. Vermont Avenue, 17 th Floor Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401 until April 21,2026 at 12pm .

RFP must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount specified in the Request for Proposal for RFP.
RFP shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled "RFP # 26-01 for Security Services" and including the respondent company name and return address. The envelope must contain a printed copy of the entire RFP and a flash drive containing a PDF copy of the entire bid . Respondents must ensure that their RFP is received at the address and by the deadline specified above. RFP received after the deadline for any reason shall not be considered and will be returned to the sender.
RFP submitted are subject to these instructions and to the Instructions to Bidders for Contracts, form HUD-5369. The failure to abide by these instructions in any way, including but not limited to the failure to submit all required documentation, may lead to the RFP being rejected as non-responsive.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all RFP and/or to waive any informality in the RFP. No RFP may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the submission deadline.
Proposals will be evaluated according to the criteria stated in the contract and shall be awarded to the respondent who submits the lowest responsible and responsive bid. The Housing Authority reserves the right to award the contract on a per-property basis. The successful respondent will be required to execute a contract with the Housing Authority's within seven (7) business days of receiving the Notice of Award.
This Request for Proposal for RFP is being issued pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
