LEGAL NOTICE
ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES BID
Notice is hereby given that the Stark County Schools’ Council of Governments, representing participating member school districts, governmental and higher education entities, invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed proposals to furnish electrical supplies for participating members until Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST (Local Time). Bids shall be received at the office of the Stark County Schools’ Council of Governments, Attention Mr. Todd Tolson, 6057 Strip Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720.
Specifications and bid packets may be obtained at www.starkcouncilofgov.org or by emailing starkcog@ starkesc.org.
Sealed bids are to be submitted by mail or in person in an envelope clearly marked “ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES BID”.
All bids must be submitted on or before Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST (Local Time) and proposals shall be properly and completely executed as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Required forms/samples are listed in Instructions to Bidders and must be received prior to the bid closing date and time.
The SCSCOG Governing Board reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to waive any informality therein.
