NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 052022CA018194XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST 2020-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2020-4, Plaintiff, and MARCOS VIEIRA; MARIA VIEIRA; CENTRAL VIERA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRASONA WEST NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; AQUA FINANCE, INC., are Defendants.

LOT 1, BLOCK PP, TRASONA AT ADDISON VILLAGE - PHASE 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
