ADVERTISEMENT  Sealed proposals will be received by Patterson Township of Beaver County, Pennsylvania through the Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) at www.questcdn.com until 11:00 AM prevailing time on April 8, 2026 for: CONTRACT NO. 26-R01 2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (LIQUID FUELS) The scope of work for Contract No. 26-R01 includes the approximately 5,000 SY of roadway milling/profiling; Superpave WMA binder course, and Superpave WMA wearing course; base repair; structure adjustments, underdrain, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various roadways including add alternates for additional milling and paving. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Patterson Township to guarantee the bidder’s entrance into the contract if given the award. The Patterson Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania “Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3”; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply. The Patterson Township shall (a) award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder therefore, or (b) reject all bids received within ninety (90) days of the date of bid opening; provided, however, that the Patterson Township may, in its sole discretion, delay such award or rejection for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date until the Patterson Township has received all required approvals from other governmental agencies.
