ADVERTISEMENT Sealed proposals will be received by the Industry Borough of Beaver County, Pennsylvania through the Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) at www.questcdn.com until 11:30 AM prevailing time on April 10, 2026 for: CONTRACT NO. 26-R01 2026 ROAD PROGRAM (LIQUID FUELS) The scope of work for Contract No. 26-R01 includes approximately 2,000 square yards of binder course and wearing course roadway overlay; base repair; keyway milling; traffic control; lawn restoration and stone restoration for shoulder/driveway; alternates for additional resurfacing, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various Borough roadways. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania “Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3”; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply. The Borough shall (a) award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder therefore, or (b) reject all bids received within ninety (90) days of the date of bid opening; provided, however, that the Borough may, in its sole discretion, delay such award or rejection for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date until the Borough has received all required approvals from other governmental agencies.
