NOTICE TO PUBLIC AND BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Mishawaka, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works & Safety (the “Board”), will receive sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Office of the City Controller, 100 Lincolnway West, Mishawaka, Indiana, 46544 at which time all bids received will be opened publicly and read aloud at the Board of Public Works Meeting at City Hall on the 2nd floor in the Board Room for the following:
Pre-built Restroom & Concession Building,
PRK-26-001
Specifications are on file and available at the Office of the City Controller, Lincolnway West, Mishawaka, Indiana and may be reviewed between the hours of eight-thirty (8:30) a.m. and four-thirty (4:30) p.m. Monday through Friday.
Bids must be submitted on the colored form provided in the bid package, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of the City of Mishawaka in the amount of 5% of the total bid price.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, irregularities or omissions in any bid, or to accept a full or partial bid, which, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the City of Mishawaka.
