NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Premises: 41 Whitley Trail, Plymouth, MA 02360
By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Seth D. Panus to New Century Mortgage Corporation, and now held by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-1, said mortgage dated February 10, 2006 and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 32201, Page 61, said mortgage was assigned from New Century Liquidating Trust, successor in interest to New Century Mortgage Corporation to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-1 by assignment dated August 8, 2012 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 41837, Page 44; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on April 23, 2026 at 09:00 AM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
A certain lot of land situated on the southeasterly side of Whitley Trail, formerly known as Woods Road, in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, being shown as Lot 2-2 on a Plan entitled "Definitive Plan, 'Bournewoods Subdivision' in Plymouth, Massachusetts Prepared for William White & Brendan Gormley'' dated February 18, 1994 prepared by Flaherty Associates, Inc., recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 39, Page 474, together with and subject to easements and restrictions of record.

The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.

TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
