PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Colleen Corona Room in Town Hall, 136 Elm Street, North Easton, MA and via Zoom on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 6:30PM on the application of Frank Ribelin (Applicant), and Lee F. Anderson Trustee (Owner) for property located at 486 & 486R Bay Road, Easton, MA (Assessors Map 15R, Lots 5 & 6) for a Definitive Subdivision Plan pursuant to MGL c.41 §81T and ECB c.501 Subdivision Rules & Regulations. The Proposal seeks waivers and is a conveyance of a 27,022 sq. ft. parcel of land (Parcel 1-B) from 486 Bay Road (Lot 1-A) to 486R Bay Road (Parcel 2) which has reduced frontage and exists by variance granted November 29, 1979, and recorded in Book 2791 Page 43. No new buildable lots will be created as a result of this Proposal. The Agenda with Zoom meeting instructions will be posted 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
