PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with the Town of Bellingham’s Zoning By-Laws §240-16, Development Plan Approval, §240-54 Stormwater Management Permit, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Arcand Meeting Room in the Municipal Center located at 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019.
The applicant, H & B Realty Management LLC provided a plan set entitled, “316 Hartford Avenue Site Plan dated January 5, 2026”, prepared by D & L Design Group, Inc.. The application proposes to construct an additional 21,450 sq.ft., one (1) story industrial flex-use building consisting of thirteen(13 Units). The proposed development will provide for 72 parking spaces, including 4 handicap spaces at 316 Hartford Ave, listed on the Assessors Map as Map 13 Parcel 3. The property is approximately 11.01 Acres and is located within the Industrial Zone
The plans were prepared by D & L Design Group,Inc., 115 Water Street, Suite 2C, Milford, MA -1757. The applications and plans may be viewed at the Planning and Zoning Office or Town Clerk’s office in the Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street in Bellingham, MA, during regular Municipal Center business hours.
