In accordance with Section 5.3 of the Town of Wellesley Zoning Bylaw and the Town of Wellesley Rules and Regulations Governing Upgrading of Inadequate Ways, the Wellesley Planning Board will hold a public hearing on a Review of Adequacy application filed by 202 Cedar LLC, 599 North Avenue, Wakefield, MA to construct a new dwelling on a lot on an unaccepted way.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine if improvements are necessary to this unaccepted way in order to upgrade the way to an adequate condition to qualify as frontage.
