Hearing 04/13/2026 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF EASTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   In accordance with the provisions of MGL c.40A §5, the Planning & Zoning Board will hold a remote Public Hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 6:30PM via Zoom for the purpose of receiving public comments concerning the following proposed amendments (Citizen Petition) to the Zoning Bylaw:   (1) Amend Section §235-60: Definitions (2) Amend Section §235-29: Signs   which are proposed to provide the Town the opportunity to regulate all signage in a content-neutral manner, regardless of message, while preserving the residential character of neighborhoods, promoting safety and traffic management, and ensuring that lawful local businesses are able to operate and provide services to the community without unequal treatment under the Bylaw.   Copies of the proposed Amendments can be viewed at the Town Clerk’s Office, at the Department of Planning & Community Development at 136 Elm Street, North Easton, MA during regular business hours, or by emailing DPED@easton.ma.us. The link to join the remote meeting will be in the Agenda posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
