NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with MGL Ch. 40A Sections 9 and 11 and with Scituate Zoning Bylaw Section 530 (Accessory Dwelling Special Permit) and Section 940 (Referrals) the Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, April 9, 2026 in the Select Board Hearing Room at Scituate Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy, Scituate, MA. The subject of the Hearing is an application submitted by Applicant/Owners Ferrie Family Realty Trust, Amy Ferrie and John Ferrie, Trustees for an Accessory Dwelling Special Permit for a large detached accessory dwelling to be located in a new structure at the south west corner of the property south of the existing single-family home located at 36 Grasshopper Lane, Scituate, MA. Property as shown on Assessor's Map/Block/Parcel 8-5-7B. Plans are available for review in the Planning Board Office, Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Scituate, during normal business hours. Abutters and other interested parties are invited to attend this Public Hearing.
