TOWN OF YARMOUTH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
You are hereby notified that the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following petitions/appeals on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board’s Hearing Room.
PETITION 5222: Desert De Oro Foods, Inc. Property Location: 433, 437, and 439 Station Avenue, South Yarmouth, MA. Map & Lot #: 88.87 & 88.88. Zoning District: B-1, APD, Zone II. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit per §§104.3.2(3), 104.3.5(2)(C), 202.5, 301.2, 301.8 and 406 to raze and replace two preexisting, nonconforming buildings with one 2,094-square-foot building for a Taco Bell with 18 indoor seats and a drive-thru window.
PETITION 5223: Berino Da Silva, 21 Woodbine Avenue, West Yarmouth, MA. Map & Lot #: 37.97. Zoning District: R-25. The Applicant seeks a Variance from §203.5 for rear setback relief to allow two gazebos to remain 3.5 feet from the rear lot line.
PETITION 5224: William A. Bravo, Trustee of the William A. Bravo Revocable Trust. Property Location: 147 Run Pond Road, South Yarmouth, MA. Map & Lot #: 34.13; Zoning District: R-25. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit per §104.3.2 for increase in height of a preexisting nonconforming structure to construct a second-floor addition and third-floor habitable attic.
PETITION 5225: Boston Gas Company dba National Grid. Property Location: 127 Whites Path, South Yarmouth, MA. Map & Lot #: 98.81; Zoning District: B-3 & APD. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit per §104.3.2(3) and/or §202.5 Use F8 and/or §406 to raze and replace a nonconforming structure, an existing LNG storage tank, with a new, full-containment LNG storage tank and/or a Variance from §203.4.2 for a proposed tank height ~100 feet above grade.
The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA. Remote participation will also be available. Specific information for participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found within the posted agenda on the town’s website at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCenter at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
Any additional materials, which have been filed with the Board, may be viewed during regular business hours at the Board of Appeals Office in the Town Office Building.
