NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Milford will conduct a Public Hearing on the following petition on April 9, 2026, in Room 3, at the Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA at the time indicated:
1. At 6:00 P.M. General Business.
2. At 6:05 P.M.On the continued application of Lorival Santos, 24 Hayer St., Marlborough, MA 01752 for Special Permit relief pursuant to Section 3.1.3 of the Zoning By-Law in relation to a parcel of land on the northerly side of Colonial Rd., known and numbered as 3 Colonial Rd., and consisting of 30,203 sq. ft. of land, more or less. The Special Permit relief is sought in order to permit the applicant to erect and utilize a second story addition on the existing residential structure on the premises.
3. At 6:10 P.M. On the application of Constellation Real Estate Investments, LLC., 119 Pond Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748 for Variance relief from the provisions of Section 2.4 and 2.5 of the Zoning By-Law in relation to parcels of land on the northerly side of East Walnut Street, known and numbered as 12 East Walnut Street and 0 Leland Avenue, shown on Assessors Sheet 42 as Lots 52 and 57and consisting of, in total, 39,819 sq. ft. of land, more or less. The Variance relief is sought in order to permit the applicant to reconfigure the existing parcels into two (2) parcels; one to contain the existing two-family dwellings and one lot which would be available for the construction of a duplex dwelling, notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 2.4 and 2.5 of the Zoning By-Law.
4. At 6:15 P.M.On the application of Sanches Realty, LLC., 8 Megan Court, Mendon, MA 01756 for Special Permit relief pursuant to Section 3.1.3 of the Zoning By-Law in relation to a parcel of land on the northerly side of Water St., known and numbered as 17 Water St., and consisting of 6,600 sq. ft. of land, more or less, as shown on Assessors Sheet 48 as lot 334. The Special Permit relief is sought pursuant to Section 3.1.3 of the Zoning By-Law in order to confirm the use of two (2) dwelling units on the lower level of the property; a two (2) bedroom unit containing 1,249 sq. ft. (Unit 1), a three (3) bedroom unit containing 1,376 sq. ft. of living space (Unit 2), and to continue use of the upper level as office space.
Copies of the above petitions and diagrams of the proposals to which they relate are on file with the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA and are available for public inspection. Persons interested in said petition are invited to review same and express their views thereon at the above-scheduled hearing.
