Section 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.30 §39M Over $50K   The GRAFTON HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Water Service Replacement #10, #12, #14 & #16 at State Aided Development: 1-17 Forest Lane (667-2) in Grafton, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GRAVES ENGINEERING, INC..   The Project consists of but not limited to: Replace existing water service for Building #10, Building #12, Building #14, and Building #16, and reconstruct walkway.   The work is estimated to cost $58,600.00.   All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/10/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids.   Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.   THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
