American Towers LLC is proposing to collocate three (3) antennas at an approximate centerline height of 125 feet above ground level on an existing approximately 157-foot tall overall height monopole telecommunications tower. American Tower LLC has also proposed an approximately 16-foot by 27-foot (5-meter by 8-meter) expansion of the equipment compound associated with the telecommunications facility and would assess an additional 30 feet (9 meters) surrounding the current and proposed telecommunications facility areas. The telecommunications facility is located near 89 Gemmer Road, Sussex, Sussex County, New Jersey, APN/Parcel ID# Block 143 Lot 11 Qual Q0119, Block 143 Lot 11 Qual T01 (41° 18' 9.6" N, 74° 36' 50.2" W). No changes to the existing lighting scheme have been proposed. American Tower LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural re-sources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
