NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: Home Loan Investment Bank, Shoreham Bank, and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein:
Oncar Holdings LLC hereby gives Notice that it intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as:
All and only that, parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 060-2-058-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.17 acre, fronting a distance of 54 feet on the West side of Forsythe Street, being the Southernmost 24 feet of Lot 39 of Block 1 and the Northernmost 30 feet of Lot 40 of Block 1 of Walker Villa Subdivision. Plat of said property is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 17-Y, Page 527, reference being made to said plat for a more complete description as to metes, courses and bounds. The improvements on said property are known as 833 Forsythe Street according to the present system of house numbering in the City of Augusta, Georgia.
The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after May 15, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated March 19, 2025 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1964, Page 428.
The property may be redeemed at any time before May 15, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned.
