NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: Kevin Nathaniel Brown and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein:
Oncar Holdings LLC hereby gives Notice that it intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 123-4-049-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.24 acre, more or less, being Lot 43, Block D, Apple Vally Subdivision, Section IV, shown in Realty Book 38-N, Pages 252-257, described in Deed Book 1415, Page 1835, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 3559 Jonathan Circle.
The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after May 1, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated March 19, 2025 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1962, Page 1601.
The property may be redeemed at any time before May 1, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned.
