Stevens and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein:Oncar Holdings LLC hereby gives Notice that it intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as:All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 072-1-131-00-0, lying and being in the 123rd GMD, Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 37, Block F, shown in Realty Book 10-O, Page 373, described in DeedBook 1747, Page 2249, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2207 Sullivan Road.The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after May 8,2026.The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated March 19, 2025 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in DeedBook 1964,Page 427.The property may be redeemed at any time before May 8, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned.Please be governed accordingly.
