The applicants are seeking variance approval to request that the accessory structure that was built in the backyard by previous owners (Bar/Tiki Hut) remain in its place along the back fence as it is.
And shown on the Hazlet Township Tax Map as Block 197.01, Lot 6. The applicants requests that the Hazlet Township Land Use Board approves a variance from section 403.03 D of the Hazlet Township Development Review Ordinance (DRO) to permit the said use.
