NOTICE
WINSLOW TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned, Brian J. Callaghan attorney for the applicant, RGC5, LLC who is applying to the Township of Winslow Zoning Board for the property known as 551 S. Egg Harbor Road, also known as Block 7801 Lot 2 for an amended Site Plan together with Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan together with a Use Variance to expand the nonconforming use that was previously approved together with said site plan. The new expansion would include an addition above the existing loading area; proposed new greenhouse and a proposed ground mounted solar ray of approximately 1400 panels. The applicant will require a use variance as the previous application was a use variance for the growing and cultivation of recreation and medical cannabis. The expansion is therefore classified as a use variance also. The applicant has received the Certificate of Filing from the Pinelands Commission. The applicant would also be seeking any other variances and/or waivers as they may be needed.
A public hearing on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for the 8th day of April, 2026 at 6:30 P.M . Said hearing shall be located in:

The public is invited to attend this meeting.
The above application and all plans relative thereto have been filed with the Secretary of the Planning Board, 125 S. Route 73, Braddock, NJ 08037 and are available for inspection Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
This Notice is given in compliance with the requirements of N.J.S.A.40:55D-1, et seq. of the Land Use Development Code.
