NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF AMES, IOWA 2025/26 RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTORATION PROGRAM PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, will meet on April 14, 2026, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa, at 6:00 p.m., at which time it will hear objections to the plans, specifications, form of contract, and cost estimate for 2025-26 Right-Of-Way Restoration Program. The general nature of the work is: 3.5 ACRE of Temporary Stabilization, 3.5 ACRE of of Weed Control, 8.75 ACRE of Surface Preparation, 0.10 of Double Net Straw Matting, 8.75 ACRE of Hydraulic Seed, Fertilizer, and MBFM Mulch, and 26.28 ACRE of Watering and miscellaneous related work and appurtenances in accordance with the contract documents.
