ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - WELL DRILLING IRONTOWN PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION - IRON COUNTY, UTAH - IRONTOWN COMMMUNITY WELL DRILLING PROJECT General Notice Old Irontown Property Owners Association (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: IRONTOWN POA – IRONTOWN COMMUNITY WELL DRILLING PROJECT - 10494A Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the ENGINEER located at 88 E Fiddlers Canyon Road, Suite 210, Cedar City, UT 84721, until Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 at 4:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Drilling of a new culinary well with 10" casing. Includes 18" borehole to a depth of 700 feet. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the ENGINEER: Ensign Engineering & Land Surveying (435.865.1453). Prospective Bidders shall coordinate with the issuing Office to obtain the Bidding Documents. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, April 13th, 2026 at 2:00 PM on-site. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
