Public Notice of Significant Amendment to the Annual and/or Five-Year Plan
Marshfield Community Development Authority (MCDA) is amending its Annual PHA Plan and Five-Year PHA Plan because it was a successful applicant in the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program for PIC Development WI01 1000001. As a result, the Authority will be converting public housing units to Project Based Vouchers under the guidelines of H 2019-09 / PIH 2019-23,
REV-4 and any successor notices. Conversion under RAD is considered a significant amendment to the MCDA Annual and/or 5-Year Plan.
This is a 45-day notice with an opportunity to present public comments regarding this change. The draft of the proposed Significant Amendment is available for review at Marshfield Community Development Authority office, 601 S. Cedar Avenue, Marshfield, Wisconsin 54449.
Comments must be made in writing and presented to the main office located at 601 S. Cedar Avenue, Marshfield, Wisconsin 54449 to the attention of Carol Kerper — Executive Director or via email to carol.kerper@marshfieldcda.com no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Community Room located at the MCDA's office (Cedar Rail Court), 601 S. Cedar Avenue, Marshfield, Wisconsin.
