The storm water discharge will be from the construction of the Guthrie Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation over the Union Pacific Railroad, Activity ID: 12-2020-001. located in SE ¼ Sec. 25 and NE ¼ Sec 36, T79N, R24W and SW ¼ Sec. 30 and NW ¼ Sec 31, T79N, R23W, Polk County Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source and will be discharged to the following stream: Des Moines River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Ave Ste 220, Des Moines, IA 50321.
