Joseph Seckel, et al., Defendant, Marion County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 2024 CV 0410, the Court issued an Order of Sale directing me to sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder the real estate having tax parcel number 12-111000.9500, commonly known as 312 Patterson Street, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County. For a complete legal description, see the Complaint filed in this case or the deed recorded at Book 332, Page 317 in the Marion County Recorder's Office. This property may not be sold for less than, taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and costs, which amount is currently $26,776.88. Therefore, the minimum bid is Twenty Six Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($26,800.00). This Sheriff's Sale will take place in the Room 15, Lower Level of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, 100 Executive Dr, Marion, Ohio on April 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. If this real estate is not sold on that date, it will be offered for sale on the same terms and conditions on May 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The successful bidder must deposit the bid amount or One Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), whichever is less, in cash or by certified check on the date of sale.
