Gombos , Deceased, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on January 27, 2026, Tax Ease V, LLC, filed its Answer & Crossclaim/ in Case Number 2025 RE 21019, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, and Assigns of Stephen R Gombos, aka Steven R. Gombos, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Dover, County of Tuscarawas, and State of Ohio, Dover Corporation.
Being located in the Second Quarter of Townships 8 and 9, Range 2, and being part of 2.196-acre tract and all of a 0.902 acre tract conveyed to Ronald Quillin by deed as recorded in Volume 453 at Page 849 of the Tuscarawas County Deed Records and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point in State Route 39 at the Southwest corner of the said 2.196 acre tract, the northwest corner of the said 0.902 acre tract, and on the east bounds of a 1.0 acre tract (672-201); said point being located the following 3 courses from the Northwest corner of an original 139.63 acre tract (339-20); (1) North 43 deg. 19 min. 00 sec. east, 485.30 feet to a point in the said road; (2) thence with the said road, South 39 deg. 16 min. 00 sec. East, 67.40 feet (3) thence continuing with the same, South 39 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. East 160.96 feet; thence from the "TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING", leaving the said bounds and road, North 63 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East, 256.66 feet (passing through an iron pin set at 30.00 feet) to an iron pin set on the East line of I-77; thence following the said bounds, South 25 deg. 18 deg. 00 min. east, 166.54 feet to an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of the said 0.902 acre tract and the Northeast corner of a 1.009 acre tract (650-411); thence leaving the said L/A line and following the bounds of the said 0.902 acre tract and 1.009 acre tract, South 51 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. west, 210.44 feet (passing through an iron pin found at 182.03 feet) to the Southwest corner of the said 0.902 acre tract, the East bounds of a 21.634 acre tract (654-585), and in the said road; thence following the bounds of the said 0.902 acre tract, 21.634 acre tract and road, North 39 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. West, 97.40 feet to a point; thence following the bounds of the said 0.902 acre tract, 1.0 acre tract and road, North 39 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. West, 117.74 feet to the true place of beginning containing 1.009 acres, more or less, of which 0.107 of an acre is out of the 2.196 acre tract and 0.902 of an acre is all of the 0.902 acre tract, and being subject to all legal highways, rights of ways, easements, and lease of record.
Survey and description by Ronald L. Smith, Registration No. 5324. All iron pins set were 5/8" x 30" with a cap stamped Ron Smith 5324. The bearings were oriented to a 1.11-acre tract (468-130).
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following parcel conveyed to Todd H. Coyle in Volume 643 at Page 564 of the Deed Records of Tuscarawas County, Ohio as follows:
Situated in the Township of Dover, County of Tuscarawas, and the State of Ohio.
Being located in Lot No. 5 of the Slingluff Tract in the Third Quarter of Township Nine (9), Range Two (2) and being part of a 3.500-acre tract heretofore conveyed to Steven R. Gombos and Cheryl R. Gombos by Warranty Deed Recorded in Volume 638, at Page 805 of the Tuscarawas County Deed Records, and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found on the East line of said 3.500 acre tract at the Southeast corner of a 1.055 acre tract which is part of the 3.500 acre tract (formerly recorded in Volume 596 at Page 680); said beginning point being located the following five (5) courses from a stone found at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 5 of the Slingluff Tract; South 86 degrees 52 min. 20 sec. East, 181.10 feet to an iron pin found; thence South 85 deg. 44 min. 25 sec. East, 259.00 feet to an iron pin found; thence North 32 deg. 14 min. 00 sec. East, 225.78 feet to an iron pin found; thence North 79 deg. 33 min. 00 sec. East,
635.00 feet to an iron pin found at the Northeast corner of the said 3.500 acre tract; thence with the east line of said tract and the west line of a 20.00 foot access to a 35.46 acre tract as recorded in Volume 383, Page 419, South 25 deg. 02 min. 00 sec. East, 125.00 feet to the true place of beginning; thence from this true place of beginning, continuing on the said east line of the 3.500 acre tract and the west line of the 20.00 foot access, South 25 deg. 02 min. 00 sec. East, (passing through an iron pin found at 241.95 feet) 269.95 feet to the Southeast corner of said 3.500 acre tract; said point also being in the center of Township Road No. 384 and on the North Line of a 0.437 acre tract recorded in Volume 467, Page 206; thence with the South line of said 3.500 acre tract, the center of said road, and the north line of said 0.437 acre tract, South 72 deg. 02 min. 00 sec. West, 161.22 feet to a point; thence leaving said line, North 25 deg. 02 min. 00 sec. West, 263.74 feet (passing through an iron pin set at 28.00 feet) to an iron pin set on the South line of the said mentioned 1.055 acre tract; thence with said line North 79 deg. 33 min., 00 sec. East, 165.33 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 1.032 acres, more or less, but subject to all legal highways, rights of ways, easements, and leases of record.

The Defendant, Tax Ease V, LLC, further alleges that it is the holder of tax certificates purchased from the county treasurer, that the certificates are valid and have not been redeemed. The Defendant demands that the named defendants be required to set forth their interest in response to the Defendant's cross-claim.
Defendant, Tax Ease V, LLC, demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Defendant, Tax Ease V, LLC's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of May, 2026:
