In the Court of Common Pleas of Guernsey County, Ohio, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge Ohio 43725, Plaintiff, -vs- Unknown Heirs of Carl Bleifus, Defendant, Case No. 26CV057, Judge Daniel G. Padden.
Unknown Heirs of Carl Bleifus, addresses unknown, cannot with reasonable diligence be found or ascertained, shall take notice that on the 9th day of February, 2026, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, in Case No. 26CV057, filed her Complaint against said party praying for foreclosure for delinquent taxes regarding the following described real estate, to wit: 26982 Hammock Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973.
Said party or parties are required to answer on or before the 28th day following the last publication of the within notice or default judgment or other judgment may be had against them. Said publication shall be made in this newspaper at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Tract I:
Situate in the Township of Londonderry, in the County of Guernsey and State of Ohio, being a lot of land in the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 3, Range 7, Township 11, Londonderry Township, Guernsey County, Ohio. Beginning for a description at the Northeast corner of the Lot being described and conveyed, which point is on the East Guernsey County line South five (05) degrees 00' West three hundred and ninety-one (391) feet from the East and West half section line of Section 3; thence along the County line South five (05) degrees 00' West for sixty (60) feet; thence North eighty-five (85) degrees 00' West for eighty (80) feet to a thirty (30) foot drive; thence North five (05) degrees 00' East along the East line of this thirty (30) foot drive for sixty (60) feet; thence South eighty-five (85) degrees 00' East for eighty (80) feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.1102 acres of land.
Being the same premises as conveyed to sara Ann Bleifus by deed as recorded in Volume 237 at page 181.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the following described real estate: Situate in the Township of Londonderry, in the County of Guernsey and State of Ohio, and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southern boundary of the Lot owned by the Grantors and being the Northern boundary of the Lot owned by the Grantees a distance of fifty-nine (59) feet, more or less, along said boundary in the Westwardly direction from the point of Intersection between said boundary and the Belmont-Guernsey County line; thence from said point of beginning Northwardly three (3) feet to a point; thence Westwardly six (6) feet to a point; thence southwardly three (3) feet to a point on the adjoining boundary line between grantors and grantees; thence along the same in an Eastwardly direction six (6) feet to a point; the place of beginning.
TOGETHER, with the right of ingress and egress to and from the same for the purpose of operating, maintaining and reconditioning said well house and the water well and equipment contained therein.
TOGETHER, with all right, title and interest in and to said water well and equipment.
It is the intention of the parties hereto to convey by this instrument that portion of the property owned by the Grantors on which is erected the water well house.
BEING the premises as conveyed to Lloyd W. Haught and Josephine T. Haught, husband and wife, by deed on the 3rd day of March, 1955.
