The applicant is seeking a Conditional Use from 27-405H.(7)(e)1; of the zoning ordinance to allow for an outdoor storage area larger than 50% of building coverage but less than 50% of lot area. The H7 outside storage is to support the operations of Klover Contracting which is currently developing a G17 Flex Building on Lot 3. The subject property is located at 1131 Richland Commerce Drive Tax Map Parcels, Lot 3 36-029-019-03A and Lot 8 36-029-019-03D in the Northfield Business Campus.
