Sealed proposals will be received via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/portal) by Middletown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047 until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on April 29, 2026 for the following:
MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP PEDESTRIAN EQUIPMENT UPGRADES
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for Middletown Township Pedestrian Equipment Upgrades as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Modifications include but are not limited to replacing the pedestrian push buttons with APS push buttons at eight intersections, installing pedestrian stub poles, conduit, signal cables, LED countdown pedestrian signal heads, maintenance and protection of traffic; and all necessary appurtenant work materials required to complete the work indicated. The successful Contractor must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination as indicated in the Contract Documents and must be PENNDOT pre-qualified. All contractors must be pre-qualified with PennDOT in accordance with section 102.01 of PennDOT Publication 408, latest edition.

All bid documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/portal). Successful bidder will be responsible for any and all PennBid fees.
