PUBLIC NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that Northampton Township will accept sealed proposals online for the New Electric Service and Generator for the Northampton Township Administration Building in Richboro, Bucks County, PA. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM, May 13, 2026, via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/) only. All bids received will be opened via PennBid at 1:00 PM, May 13, 2026. Plans and specifications are available online at no charge via PennBid. (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/). Questions must be submitted via PennBid by May 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Submission of a question does not guarantee that such question will be answered. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
