MEETING NOTICE
The Board of Commissioners of Upper Dublin Township announces that on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., at a regularly scheduled meeting, they will vote on the following proposed ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE To Amend The Code Of Upper Dublin Township, Part II, General Legislation, Chapter 120, Volunteer Service Credit Program, Section 120-2, Volunteer Service Credit Program; Description, Subsection I, Injured Volunteers, Sub-Part (1), To Clarify Eligibility For Injured Volunteers
In summary, the proposed ordinance amends the provision of the Volunteer Service Credit Program regarding injured volunteers to clarify that an emergency responder that is injured during an emergency response call and can no longer serve as an active volunteer because of the injury and who would otherwise be eligible for the tax credit shall be eligible for the succeeding five tax years.
The Stated Meeting will be held in the Board Room at the Upper Dublin Township building, 801 Loch Alsh Avenue, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, and a copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance may be examined free of charge at the information desk in the Township Building, 801 Loch Alsh Avenue, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Citizen participation will occur in two ways. Attend the meeting in person or email questions/comments in advance to meeting@upperdublin.net by 4PM the day of the meeting along with your name and address and the Board/Commission you wish to address.
Once the meeting is completed a video will be posted to the Township’s website within 24 hours under Archives on the same webpage listed above. The agenda will be posted to the same webpage listed above at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
