N O T I C E City of Mount Vernon, N.Y.   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I, the Comptroller of the City of Mount Vernon, N.Y. have received the warrant of the County and Special District tax rolls for the year 2026 for the collection of the taxes for the year 2026 and that the said warrant has been left with the undersigned for collection, and that said taxes are due and payable at my office in City Hall, Mount Vernon, New York. According to the provisions of the Charter of the City of Mount Vernon, New York as amended, all County and Special District taxes upon real estate shall be due and payable in full on the 1st day of April this year. No interest will be charged for taxes on real estate that are paid on or prior to April 30, 2026.
