3038-3044 Main Street LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Brewster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing(s) on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, beginning no earlier than 7:00 PM in the Brewster Town Office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following application will be heard:   ZBA Case No. 26-02: Property Owner CBI Farm Owners LLC/Applicant CBI Operations LLC, have applied for a Special Permit for a Special Event Venue Use pursuant to Brewster Zoning Bylaw Chapter 179, Table 1, Use Regulations, Commercial Use #15, Special Event Venue Use, more than 5 per year, for a total of thirty-six (36) events, such as farm-to-table dinners, at 3038-3044 Main Street, Chatham Bars Inn Farm, shown on Tax Map 101 Lot 26, in the Residential Medium Density (RM) Zoning District. The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the special permit.   The application is available for viewing in the Planning Office at Town Hall Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or Friday by appointment. Public comments will be accepted at the hearing.
