Town of Barnstable Historical Commission Notice of Public Hearing April 21, 2026 at 4:00pm Acting under the provisions of the Code of the Town of Barnstable, §112-1 through §112-7, the Historical Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following applications: Lebow, Bernard & Guilfoile, Barbara, 1199 Craigville Beach Road, Centerville, Map 206, Parcel 053, Built 1920 Partial Demolition: Demolish existing kitchen area. Construct mudroom addition and add two dormers. Miccoli, Peter Sr & Tamara, 260 Strawberry Hill Road, Centerville, Map 247, Parcel 104/001, Built 1925 Full Demolition: Demolish the existing dwelling due to structural deterioration. Zig Harbor LLC, 112 Washington Avenue, Hyannis Port, Map 287, Parcel 116/001, Built 1920 Full Demolition: Fully demolish the carriage house due to structural conditions. The Barnstable Historical Commission Public Hearing will be held in person. Alternative public access to this meeting shall be provided in the following manner: 1. These hearings will be held in person at 4:00 PM Tuesday April 21, 2026 within the Selectmen’s Conference Room at Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA, 02601. 2.
