BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 29th day of April, 2026 the following property to-wit :
2008 CHM manufactured home, Serial No. CSS009576TXAB, immobilized onto and including the following described property.
A 2.50 acre, more or less, tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW/4 of SE/4) of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 5 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SW/4 of SE/4 of said Section 15, run South 89° 14' East a distance of 208.72 feet; thence run South 00° 19' West a distance of 521.68 feet to the Point of Beginning: Thence continue South 00° 19' West a distance of 203.58 feet; thence run South 89° 14' East a distance of 38.62 feet; thence run South 00° 19' West a distance of 287.00 feet; thence run South 89° 57' West a distance of 82.42 feet; thence run North 00° 19' East a distance of 7.26 feet; thence run North 74° 26' West a distance of 170.93 feet to the West line of said SW/4 of SE/4; thence run North 00° 19' East along said West line a distance of 440.83 feet back; thence run South 89° 14' East a distance of 208.72 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Being the South 2.50 acres of the 5.00 acre tract shown on the Certificate of Survey dated February 1, 1996 by Jerry W. Boswell, P.L.S. 4495, recordded in Book 1461 at Page 582 of the Conveyance Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon.
