By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF'S MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
LOTS 11, 12, 13 AND THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 10, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST HALF OF THE ABANDONED ALLEY IN THE REAR OF AND ADJOINING SAID PROPERTY, BLOCK 22, FAIRFIELD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 50, PAGE 47 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
