By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF'S MORTGAGE AND PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
LOT FORTY-FOUR (44), ELKINS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 1700, PAGES 325 AND 327 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED / MOBILE HOME SITUATED ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BEING A 2020 SOUTHERN ENTERGY HOME INC IDELOU MODEL NO. 45TMA32603AH, SERIAL NO. SFW021178TX-AB, WHICH SAID MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME WAS IMMOBILIZED PURSUANT TO ACT OF IMMOBILIZATION DATED MARCH 4, 2020 AND FILED FOR RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2780776 OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
